The best advice I can give is to buyers during this time is to:

  1. Act quickly
  2. Position yourself to instantly make an offer by getting a pre-approval.
  3. Set yourself apart from the home-buying crowd by writing an offer letter.
  4. Stay Positive, there will always be more houses!
