s we head into the second half of this year 
& our summer market here is what these numbers tell us:
We are experiencing more listings than earlier this year
There’s a higher volume of sales but the sale price is still increasing (likely due to multiple offers on properties)
Things are selling quickly (309 sales & 388 new listings)
